Hope it's not too late x.x AND THANK THIS CONTEST FOR BREAKING MY ARTIST BLOCK.

Sailor Izzy uses scorching hot tea and her scarf sash to attack the baddies in combat. What are you now, 18 and still running around in those outfits? x.x And yes she has an intentional tan line around her upper shoulder to below her collarbone/whatever it's called that you probably can't really see x.x those shoulder strap thingys that are falling off to the side of her shoulders are supposed to be transparent x.x
